- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location unless explicitly required by a feature and with your consent
- We do not collect financial or payment information directly — all payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.
5. Data Retention
- Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- If you delete your account, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes
- Backup copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before automatic deletion

8. Children's Privacy
BloomingPairs is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under the applicable minimum age has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such data.
